Japan and Hong Kong

Wang Fat Hostel
Really good and very very cheap hostel right in the heart of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Not for the faint hearted though, it's hectic round there. The bloke who runs the hostel is extremely helpful.
Brewed For Good Times
If you go to Japan you must drink this beer. It's as tasty as a pasty. No idea what it's called though. Just look for "Brewed For Good Times".
Sakura Hotel
First guesthouse of the mission. This place will (hopefully) be our first accomodation in Tokyo. Don't like the look of all those kids though. Urgh.
J-Hoppers Hostel
We have booked some night here for our stay in Kyoto. Will report back....If we find the damn place.
Iga Ninja Museum
A wicked looking Ninja museum just outside Osaka. Waa!

Medical

Travel Health Online
Good resource for travel health information. What jabs to get, how to get the most out of Rabies etc. etc. Suggested by the good Dr. (Nearly) Eburne.

SE Asia

The Land Mine Museum
The Land Mine Museum in Siem Reap is a real education. The founder, Aki Ra, has some terrible tales to tell as well. Donate some cash if you can because he's doing a good job.
Mutmee Guesthouse
Guesthouse in Nong Khai which has an very pleasant setting on the Mekong river and loads of detailed info about the area....AND real cheese!
Apple's Guesthouse
An amazingly good guesthouse in Kanchanaburi. Plush bungalows, Tasty food, Friendly people...It's some luxury-ass shit.
Libra Guesthouse
Extemely cool guesthouse in Chiang Mai. They have hard beds but everything else makes up for it. Go there!
Full Moon Party Dates
Predicted full moon party dates and some other info. See you at the Feb 2005 one if your going.
Getting to Myanmar By Plane
A load of info on how to fly into Myanmar. It seems you can't really cross the border overland without potential hassle.
Two Dragons Guesthouse
The guy who runs talesofasia.com runs this guesthouse in Siem Reap. His site is good and he can arrange transport from the border which sounds great considering how chaotic and slapdash it seems.
Tales Of Asia
Excellent, down to earth and up to date information about all parts of Asia. I'm inclined to believe this more than Lonely Planet. Very Good.
Thai Air
One of Thailand's major airlines. Online Booking available.
Stickman's Bangkok
Lot's of info and down to earth advice from some dude who's spent alot of time in Thailand and the surronding area. Also some amusing stories from dodgy sex tourists.
Angkor Guide
A guide to Angkor Wat written in the 50s that's got some moody pictures and good stuff in it.
Betelbox Hostel
A hostel in Singapore that comes with good recommendations and fruit.

South America

Places to stay in Mendoza
We want somewhere nice for our wine and relaxation leg of the journey.

Transport and Travel

Our Ticket Conditions
For our reference really but it's a damn good ticket is the One World Explorer. Buy one and come to meet us. NOW.
Air Asia
Cheap Asian airline that serves Thailand, Malaysia etc etc. 28 quid from Bangkok to KL. Not bad.
STA Travel
We got our tickets through these people. They are good.
Lonely Planet
Lonely Planet's website has some decent mini guides on most places in the world.

USA

Roadside America
Weird attractions in the USA. We gots to find some.
Rogue Brewery
Hmm, tasty beer. From Oregon. Michael Jackson loves it. So do we. By the way, we are talking about the head of CAMRA not the one with the personal theme park.
Fat Beats Record Store
The second of my pilgrimages (after the ninja museum in Japan). Fat Beats records in New York. Percee P used to sell his own records out of a carboard box outside this store. Mean nothing to you? Well, let me tell you. That's a exciting thing if you like Hip Hop.

Visas / Immigration

Foreign Office Travel Advice
The Foreign Office tell you about all the bad things that can happen to you while travelling and offer useful advice such as "Don't go to Iraq". Don't bother reading this unless you have to - it's depressing.
